You may use the Site for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, or use it to violate any law.

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, the Xpresso name, the XP Bot character and software, are owned by or licensed to TechMigo LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
3. Xpresso and other products
Information about Xpresso and future products is provided for general information. Features, pricing and release dates may change. Use of any mobile app will be governed by its own terms presented at download or sign-up.
4. Not professional advice
Xpresso is a productivity tool. Content on the Site is not medical, psychological or other professional advice and is not a substitute for professional care.
5. Communications
If you submit your email to our waitlist, you agree we may contact you about Xpresso. You can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechMigo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
